SAVE OUR HEATH LANDS FROM 5,000 HOUSES

Last chance to STOP Heathlands - we need to ACT now

The Council is planning to build a new town of over 5,000 homes on farmland to the east of Lenham. This new settlement will be five times the size of the existing Lenham village and will be on top of the 1,000 new homes already planned or in development. This proposal will have a massive impact on our local community and is unviable, unsustainable and undeliverable. With the adoption of the Local Plan in March 2024, the Council and Homes England now have the 'green light' to develop the Heathlands scheme further. We're now appealing for funds to support a High Court legal challenge and need to raise £50k. Your support is critical in helping us fight this ill-conceived scheme.
